Data timing
Market data on the Pro plan is real-time; on the Free plan it is15 minutes behind the tape. The delay in effect for your account is shown in the application, and prices, volumes, ranks and halt states describe the market as it stood at that instant.Even on the real-time plan the list is re-ranked on a cadence of seconds and is not a quote service; do not use it as the price you will get.
Automated verdicts
The verdicts, summaries, reasons and confidence scores are produced by automated systems, including large language models, from public SEC filings and price data, without human review. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. They assess only whether public filings appear to account for a move; they cannot see news that was never filed, they do not predict prices, and a confidence score is the model's own estimate, not a measured accuracy. Where the system cannot commit to an assessment, no verdict is shown at all rather than a hedged one; the absence of a verdict means nothing about the security.
Data limits
Some measures are not available and are shown as empty rather than estimated, including short interest and quoted spread. Float figures are shares outstanding and are marked as such. Volatility-halt proximity assumes the wider halt band for every symbol. Data vendors, the SEC and the exchanges may publish corrections after the fact that are not reflected here.
